The music health project uses live music and guided listening experiences to support mental and emotional healing among participants and in communities. grounded in arts-in-health principals, the project creates non-clinical wellness spaces where music fosters calm, connection, memory, and emotional release. through thoughtfully curated performances and healing sessions, the programs reduce isolation and help participants reconnect with themselves and one another in meaningful ways.
